This is where you can sign up for the event, learn about saltwater fishing throughout New Jersey and get to know all about this unique tournament.It all started with the idea to see who catches the largest inshore fish in New Jersey. We know it could be the seasoned professional who fishes everyday from an expensive sport boat or it might be the little girl next door who threw a line off the beach while on her summer vacation.Whoever it might be, this tournament is going to find out!
Along the way, we picked up the Fisheries Conservation Trust as our charity of choice because it benefits the recreational fisherman. Then we were blown away by Sandy and added the Hurricane Relief Fund to our causes.
The Tournament is fun for the whole family and is open to everyone. You can fish from the beach or a boat or a kayak, private boat, party boat, charter boat, your deck or an inner tube in the bay or the ocean. Prizes will be awarded for the largest catches for each recognized species for the span of the tournament and for special segments during the main tournament.
